Care Advantage

Our Story


The Care Advantage was formed during the 2020 pandemic when two friends had an epiphany that life is too short not to follow your dreams. For over 20 years, Vivek and Osman worked in IT and the banking sector, spending long hours away from their families.

When the pandemic hit, it triggered a re-evaluation of what really matters in life, and then the answer came: being there for each other. When a close friend needed support and couldn't reach their family due to lockdowns, we learned there are care providers who can bridge the gap. However, they don't all deliver holistic care that takes into account mental wellbeing, social needs, and the type of connection we get from friends and family.

Ideally, This inspired our dream of having a company to support people, with family values at its core. Our focus is always on you, the client, and building a support network around you. At The Care Advantage, we treat every client with the same levels of care, respect and dignity that we'd give our family.

We actively support career progression and offer training for every member of the team so we’re up-to-date on the latest knowledge and skills. Support starts at home, and we do everything we can to ensure your loved one receives care from a happy, confident support worker and the whole Care Advantage family.

As a company we were formed by like-minded individuals who all share the same ethos towards provision of support.

We celebrate individuality, and with that in mind we formed a company focused on providing unique experiences for every client. Too often in the social care industry, people are assumed to have the same wants and needs to align with the vision of the company. At The Care Advantage, we want you to take ADVANTAGE of our role to CARE; we tailor every package to the individual client. We want you to feel confident that we can change with you and your situation in a responsive way.
